About Pupr

Pupr - Talk & Share (package com.pupr.minglecraft) is a communication app for text chat, sharing media, discovering profiles, and live video. This Notice explains how yankasammy vivar ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use Pupr on mobile and other supported clients.

Who is responsible

Our privacy contact handles compliance questions, data-subject requests, and coordination with regulators under GDPR and similar laws.

How we use your information

• Operating the app — account setup, messaging, video, social discovery, and related features
• Trust & safety — detecting CSAM, CSAE, fraud, spam, harassment, and policy breaches
• Protecting users — securing accounts and maintaining platform integrity
• Customer care — answering questions and fulfilling privacy and deletion requests
• Product quality — understanding usage to improve performance (often in aggregated form)
• Legal duties — tax, regulatory, and lawful disclosure obligations

Information we may collect

Registration & account

• Email, phone (if provided), password hash, date of birth, internal user ID
• Verification and account-recovery details

Profile & identity you provide

• Display name, handle, avatar, bio, optional gender or age-range preferences

Messages & conversations

• Text threads, metadata, read status, timestamps, voice notes, and chat attachments

Video sessions

• Call duration, participants, connection quality; user-uploaded or captured video where you choose (not recorded without consent where law forbids it)

Photos, video & posts

• Media you upload, send, or publish within Pupr

Device & technical signals

• Device model, OS, app version, locale, time zone, device/advertising identifiers
• Crash, diagnostic, and performance telemetry

Network & activity logs

• IP address, network type, session timestamps, security and server logs tied to your use

Payments (when applicable)

• Transaction metadata via payment partners — full card numbers are not stored by us

Safeguarding measures

• TLS/SSL in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive records
• Role-based access, staff training, and periodic security review
• Monitoring, patching, and documented incident response

How long we keep data

• Profile & account — while active; removed within 30 days after confirmed deletion
• Chats & user media — while active; removed on deletion unless a legal hold applies
• Payment records — up to 7 years where finance rules require
• Security & compliance logs — up to 3 years
• Support & privacy case files — up to 2 years after closure
• Ad preference settings — until you opt out or delete; cleared within 30 days thereafter

Disclosures to others

We may share information with:

• Vendors — hosting, analytics, support, and moderation tooling
• Payment processors — for in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Advertising partners — only as allowed and subject to your choices
• Public authorities — when legally required or to protect users, including CSAM/CSAE matters

We do not sell personal information under CCPA, VCDPA, or comparable statutes.

Right to know: You may ask what Pupr shares, with whom, why, and for how long. Email vivaryankasammy9m448@gmail.com with subject "Right to Know About Data Sharing" or use Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Sharing Request. We reply within 15 business days after identity verification.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, export, object to processing, withdraw consent, learn about sharing, and opt out of targeted advertising. Contact vivaryankasammy9m448@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days or as law requires.

Delete your account: Settings > Account > Delete Account, or see pupr-account-deletion.html. Deletion removes profile, chats, and media except where retention is mandatory.

International transfers & policy updates

Processing may occur outside your country using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We may update this Notice; material changes will show a new revision date.

Children & teens

Pupr is not aimed at children under 13. You must be at least 13 to register; users under 18 may need parental consent in some regions. Paid and mature features require 18+.
