Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Cancel subscriptions, export content you wish to keep, and resolve disputes before submitting a request.

Step 1

Before you delete

Cancel active subscriptions and clear outstanding payments
Save chat history, photos, or media you want to keep
Resolve open support tickets or disputes
Confirm you are the account owner

Step 2

Delete inside the app (Google Play path)

2Settings > Account

3Delete Account & confirm

This in-app path satisfies Google Play account-deletion requirements. Logging out or deactivating does not erase your data.

What is removed vs. kept

After deletion: You lose access to Pupr, your profile will no longer be visible, and personal data is erased except as legally required.

Step 4

Verification & timing

We verify the requester owns the account
Verified deletions processed within 3 business days (GDPR, CCPA)
Email confirmation sent when deletion completes
Restoration is not possible after deletion
